Just like last year the event day brewery total will surpass 40. San Diego brew just got an infusion of fermented tea finished with Champagne yeast deliver to your pallet by Boochcraft. Adding Champagne yeast at second fermentation takes this kombucha to an IPA level 7% APV, but is lite on the stomach or heals the stomach i think... at any rate kombucha is good for you and considered a great beverage for the active lifestyle. Boochcraft offers a number of adventurous flavors my favorite being the Ginger, Lime and Rosehips, which just happens to be one of the Boochcraft selections for Heroes Brew Fest.
